2021 SINGLE VINEYARD PINOT NOIR

This vineyard was originally the source of our sparkling wines, but the quality of the grapes was so too good not to make it into a single vineyard still wine. 

A mild year that produced an elegant wine with very bright red and dark fruits - raspberries, strawberries, cherries and plums. The crisp acidity gives the wine drive and energy while the fine tannins hint at a silky smooth mouthfeel with a bit of patience in the cellar or a good decant before enjoying.
