The Yarra has long had a reputation for its sparkling wines. Made in the traditional method from our single vineyard Chardonnay, it's aged for 3 years before disgorging, then a further 12 months before release. It's crisp, textural, and persistent.

Long regarded as Australia's first true Provence style - and arguably most successful - dry Rosé. Pale pink with ripe fruit, a creamy and generous mouthfeel, followed by lip-smacking acidity on the long, dry finish.
2021 gave us wonderful conditions for the style of rosé we enjoy – that is to say a wine that is elegant, subtly complex and effortlessly drinkable. Mild conditions during ripening allowed the grapes gradually to develop lovely flavor while retaining vital natural acidity.

Textbook, classic Yarra Valley Cabernet Sauvignon - bright, fresh, and juicy. Plenty of concentrated red berry fruits and bramble, refreshing acidity and fine tannins give the wine a silky texture and a long finish.
Elegance and structure define this Cabernet Sauvignon with a classic Yarra red fruit spectrum - raspberries, cherries, plums. Mineral notes of graphite/pencil shavings are framed by refreshing acidity and fine, silky tannins. An elegant and refined wine that will cellar impeccably.
Medium-bodied and elegant, typical of Yarra Valley Shiraz with dark fruits lifted spice and meaty characters. The palate is plump and fresh with crunchy acidity, fine tennis and a long, elegant finish.
We couldn't have asked for a better season than 2015 in the Yarra Valley. With moderate rainfall and mild temperatures throughout Spring. Summer presented pleasant and warm days, along with cool nights and a long growing season gave us ripe, healthy grapes with excellent natural acidity.
