New Release - Pinot Noir 2009
The 2009 Pinot Noir is out first release from Gippsland. We chose this area for its cool maritime influence where Pinot Noir feels at home. It is a religion that produces some of Australia's greatest Pinoit. Elegant, balanced and good structure. A bouquet of dark cherries, ripe plums and violets. It's aromatic and dense with a deep ruby colour. It has been aged in French Oak for 11 months and bottled without fining or filtration. It's wonderful.
